A few questions of my own about your situation...

Multicore? (I know nothing about Intel i3, unfortunately)

Any integrated components?

Patched to v1.69?

Any overrides, haks or custom utilities installed?

Problem exists both in SP modules & on-line gaming?

Have you tried adjusting the screen size?  (The quickslot rendered at the top of the screen could infer a screen size problem.)

Have you done any driver juggling?

At least others may get a clearer snapshot of your current config.  Mobile units are historically a can of worms when trying to run NWN.  Overly-integrated rigs, even high-end ones, may exhibit enough asynchrony to be this noticeable.

               patch 1.69
I have in my Override folder a: iit_midmisc_029.tga, Is_car_01 03 and 02.tga
haks I have. Amia files CEP2 files and Ravenloft Haks
This affects both online and offline for me. Again thank you for helping me, I would like to play again.
And I am a Dual Core, like I said it ran perfectly before, unless windows accedently updated a version of my driver...
EDIT: Also my driver is RDPDD Chained DD '' which I know affects it, but if I go to a lower version of my driver it has better graphics but lower stability and frame rate.
Have tried every screen resolution I could use, and or do for the past couple of weeks, and Driver juggling is a little effy once in awhile.

Ok.  So let's restate the situation and you can make corrections as needed...

The rig you are using is EXACTLY the same now as when NWN ran fine for you.  That would include all hardware, OS (Win7), drivers, and hak versions.  I specifically underlined the word "versions" because, just like CEP, server-specific hak packages are sometimes upgraded which means that what you are using today may not be what you are required to use tomorrow.

Now, it appears you may have doubt whether your driver is the same as before.  That is a significant issue so you should determine what version was installed when the game operated fine.  Depending on how long ago it was, a system restore may be able to tell you that.  Members of the NWN community have reported that in order to get their 11-year old NWN game working at peak, other newer games would not perform well.  That's a compromise you will need to make on your own, though.

If you have recently re-installed the game, a corruption may have occurred.  It has been happening to others from time so in those cases it has taken more thatn a single attempt to get game installed properly.  Doesn't make sense to me, but this has been what has been reported in several occasions so absorb that info with a grain of salt.

Have you tried to play the vanilla v1.69 game with temporarily-purged overrides & haks?  If so, does the same problem crop up?

As far as getting some general community help in this matter, except for the CEP & PW folks, without a more standard vcard brand (like ATI or nVidia), recommendations will be likely be sparse.  All you can hope is that someone stumbles by who has a similar rig & OS, has faced this and has resolved it.  If it were MY machine, and with the info you have furnished, I would dig up the ID of the "trouble-free" driver, install it and then do a clean uninstall/reinstall with critical rebuild to v1.69.... at least a few times, just in case my drive is prone to read errors (or if the disc is in less-than -pristine condition).

Go to Intel HD Graphics Control Pannel and then turn Vertex Processing on!
http://img713.images...916/vertexa.png

Intel have an controller that addapts the graphics usage to the minimum needs of the programs you run, when you turn the Vertex Processing on, there's no such limit for the usage of the graphic card.

Though the link tells us that it happens on older Graphic Cards, I guess it also applies to the INTEL HD GRAPHICS 2000/3000

At least,
It worked for me...
