Critical rebuild error on last patch update

               as title says... i installed the game fine. created an acct fine. hit multiplayer...error... cannot connect to master server some multiplayers will be unavlible...  i cant get to any of em......so i try to reload nwn hit update and i get need critical rebuild patch. help plz i just want to play in the role playing areilth servers!!!!!!

               and as a heads up on this problem most related topics i saw and read had links that helped on rebuilds....those links dont work or when i download it nothing ever pops up and i have no security system so thats not it and my pop up blocker is off. i did recieve an email saying that some of my old accts were hacked and no longer safe please contact blah blah blah..... i'll start over its ok lol i just wanna play. Also I have a brand new diamond edition game with new cd keys and im having this problem. not sure if it helps but thanks for your time again.

               You can use our ARF2 downloader to get the crit rebuild. It has its own section in our installation guide:

               ok i got my browser pop up prob fixed and ran the crit rebuild and it says cannot use on my installation on nwn... should i reinstall or what?
