So, after ages of not having NWN1 installed, I've decided to try again.
The problem is, however, NWN Platinum edition will not install.
It keeps asking for a second disc, which does not exist. You see, I have the dvd edition.
I'd love to insert the disc it wants, it's just not possible.
Now, I have read the Windows 7 install guide. Unfortunately it doesn't address this problem.
The directory I'm trying to install to is simply D:/ NeverwinterNights/NWN. That's just it's default, with the C:/ replaced since my C:/ partition is just too full.
To be honest, I don't remember if I've ever had NWN1 installed on this computer. Apparently it does not like Vista with a triple-core processor.
Maybe it just has a grudge against me for not being installed for so long.
