My friend is currently having a problem logging on to the multiplayer servers. Whenever he opens the game and clicks 'Join Internet Game' an message pops up that says something along the lines of "Could not connect to Master Login" and when it opens the Gamespy Arcade only the servers he's previously played on are available and visible. This is also preventing him from using the 'Direct Connect' button to join other servers.
This is a recent occurence and wasn't always like this and we're not sure what to do to remedy it and return everything to normal. I remember reading something about going to your router and setting up port numbers but what I read didn't give detailed instructions nor what port numbers or whatever.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
