White textures.

               Hey guys, I know this is a old problem but I cannot find a way to fix it on my system. All the original character models on my game appear as solid white. The other heads from the expansions appear normal, but none of the originals. I just picked up this game again recently and have been crawling the forums trying to find a way to fix this, but so far nothing has worked.  
I'm running on a Toshiba laptop with Vista Home and a Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family as the graphics card.

               IME, and from what i have read on the forums, white textures are universally caused by having an old driver for your video card. Go to your laptop support page and get the latest drivers. If that doesn't work, make sure you post here again and try to give as many details as possible about the problem and your machine, no matter how insignificant they may seem.
