How to make CEP doors usable?

How I make CEP doors usable as the universal doors?

Assuming you have the proper hak order, CEP doors are mostly just appearances and you need to make custom blue prints for them. Just edit copy a standard pallette door and scroll through the appearance options. There are some missing models, but those are because the CEP includes lines for appearances from the CTP and possibly another door set for convenience.

Does that means that the CEP building are not "walkable" in then? Or is there a way I can set some door transition on the CEP door, which would allow me to port inside what is in the building like?

Yes, the buildings are exteriors only. You'll need to connect transitions between the exteriors and interiors.

It sounds like you are talking about the building placeables.  To put doors in those you need to place the door in a normal tileset door location and then change the location of the door to where it needs to be for your placeable.  You can then remove the tileset based building.
