I'm thinking about system to allow to equip all kinds of armor by all characters but if they don't have feats they get some penalties. But in baseitems.2da armor doesn't need any feat. So am I right and its hardcoded and that means I have to give all standard armor feats to all players and and check some custom feats for penalties?
Or is it set in some other place?
