Request! Need help, making 2 hakpaks compatable.

Hi! Can someone please help me make the PRC 3.5 hak pack and the Project Q 2.0 hak pack work together and be compatable for me please? I cant do this alone and need someone who has the knowledge to do this so I can get started on my PW.
