module out-takes
« on: November 17, 2011, 03:20:40 pm »

Has anyone ever put fake out take on the end of a module?
Its an idea I had for my (aborted) epic project. When the module finishes it
starts another tiny mod with an opening screen of “now here’s where it went
wrong”- followed by a mix of cut scenes of folks messing up lines or falling over,
short combats where the enemy monsters explode in a mass of cog wheels and junk
– probably followed by the Pc and henchmen falling around laughing- saying- “This
would never have happened to Jim Henson!”, conversations where your only
choices are multiple fluffed lines of dialogue etc….

I don't think an out-takes module would detract from the main module at the end and some might appreciate it. So long as it was optional, I don't anyone would complain. I think just making a module that most will complete is the key to begin with.
