Rotating an Area
« on: August 16, 2011, 05:32:35 pm »

Is it possible to rotate an area? I don't mean in the viewer, but actually changing where the north of the map is. This prefab of the Forgotten Realms town of Ashabenford is rather nice, but unfortunately the north and south in it are inverted in regards to the original map (which is in page 134 of the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting).

Not AFAIK, NWN2 does have the ability to set the compass direction but in NWN it's fixed and there is no default tool that alow you to rotate it.

With the map open in the toolset ... look under Edit/Rotate Map and flip it 180 degrees.

 Was that a Question?

The answer is yes, If you are doing it under Edit/Rotate Map.
if you are just rotating the map then no.
