Keen?

                Greetings all,

What exactly does the "keen" property do on a weapon?  Better critical chance?

               Increases the critical threat range, so say a rapier that normally has a range of 18-20 becomes 15-20... if your not fighting undead or crit immune they are just lovely weapons! That is unless

your on the recieving end, Ouch...
