Good 1 to 40 level modules?

               Unfortunately, I think all of those are entire mods in and of themselves.  So if you want the features, you need to play the campaign mod or the PW.  They're not available separately.

Again, if you love tons of choices (but don't necessarily care about the balance of the choices), you might like Higher Ground.  In terms of sheer number of choices, it has a lot.

I didn't like HG, mind you, for numerous reasons, but you potentially might.

               Well you could browse the vault sections of hakpaks, creatures, other etc.
You would still need to add them yourself to the main campaign or any other module you play.

Then you could always play such module that would already have new subraces or classes in it.
