Of this list, here's some corrections I know of. I haven't gone through everything but I should note sometimes modules are not reported correctly on the Vault for what gameworld they are in. There have been times I used the search engine for Realms or Greyhawk and not gotten some of what is listed here. And other modules are listed automatically as Realms when they don't belong.
Aralia (Pass of Shanafria)

NOT set in the Forgotten Realms unless the mod creator modified it. Originally a book from 1982 I believe before Realms were ever published for the public. Setting is never defined in any gameworld really.

The Burning Plague (enlarged Version)Not really set in the Realms, all are based on a free module that wasn't set in any published gameworld. None seem to have been modified to fit the Realms. This is an example of how modules get listed on the Vault as belonging to a gameworld they don't fit. Screws me up when searching by gameworld. It is Duvik's Pass I think, maybe just list them under GENERIC - ANY SETTING.

RaPS1: Pass of the Spider v1.68I don't know the Orbrekh Mountains (missed the first R) but this could be listed under Turmish based on the description though the starting point appears to be just south of Westgate in Nathlekh that is on the map west of Turmish. There is a mountain range there called Orsraun Mountains but Orbrekh Mountains might be part of that.
Aldebaran City and the Forgotten Empire - Chapter OneDescribed as on the other side of the world from the published Forgotten Realms map so in the same world but a whole new unamed continent.
