EMS fake Hak file?

Hey, does anyone have or can point me to the EMS "fake" or "blank" Hak file? This is the file you would put in in place of the EMS hak if you DIDN'T want to play with EMS in a mod like Aielund, for example. I have a Mac so I can't alter the EMS Hak to get it not to work and there used to be a blank EMS hak file that you could download with Aielund but now on the new Neverwinter Vault, I can't find that fake EMS hak file anywhere. It's not part of the Aielund downloads.

 

 Does anyone have the EMS fake Hak or can point me in the right direction to download it?

you could also just make a copy of any of the aielund haks (assuming this is the only place you need the ems.hak for) and name it ems.hak. while it's not empty, it won't replace anything not already present in aielund

 

edit: i made one for you real quick. empty hak file named ems
