@Drima, thank thebunia. She made the vid.

I haven't reached Chapter 3 yet. I am too busy fighting the Maker at the moment.

Who would have know, aye? Suddenly Valen is popular again!

If it wasn't for the DG talking about how Fenris is inspired by Valen, people would probably forget he existed. Well, these who didn't knew him.
Shame, really. Valen's really a nice guy. Great, deadly fighter and gentle, romantic lover.

Oh, you've found the site.
Yeah, it should be okay to run on Windows 7. Mine runs like a dream on xp.

If you flip back a few page, you will learned there is actually a lovely conversation between Valen and Nathyrra, another Drow companion of yours, talking about 'what to do with the tail'. '=]'

Dear god, Valens voice. The first time I played the game and talked to him... '' His voice melts me. I was so happy when I realized that I could take him with me and I had a lot of fun teasing him about being so serious. I almost went crazy when I realized he was a LI.

He's definitely in my top 3 list of LI, I think he might be number one. He was the first one I romanced and really liked. The first one I wanted to romance however was Kivan from Baldur's Gate and I was so sad when I couldn't! Thank god for Domi's wonderful mod.

Well, same here. With only that difference that Valen definitely is number one ''
Well, first one I romanced was Aarin Gend in NWN OC. And he wasn't joinable. He had that quite deep past and was deliciously misterious and that's what tigers like best '<img'> He had some nice lines as well, but it's not the same if you can have an LI around with you all the time.
I was really dissapointed with LIs in NWN2. All Casavir talked about was that damned Old Owl Well and Gann... I don't know, he just didn't catch me. He hadn't much to tell you once you romanced him.
DA:O romances were nice, nicely builded and developed quite naturally, but between Alistair and Zevran, Valen is still the best.
I haven't played anything else with romance option

The Aarin Gend romance was pretty good. I agree, it really makes a different when you can have a LI around all the time. Also, I'm thankful that companions has more content in newer games. Can you imagine how much more incredible the Valen romance would have been with more content? ''

I've never tried the Casavir romance. He really put me off, all he ever does is complain about my actions and talk about old owl well. Casavid reminded me to much of Anomen from Baldur's Gate II and not in a good way. I wished Bishop would have been a real option but thankfully the mod can fix that. And I agree, Valen beat both Zevran and Alistair. The tiefling is irresistible. <3>
