Animated Rest System additions/improvements?

               Do any DMs have suggestions for additions or improvements to my rest system, it is getting rather long in the tooth now... LOL

I DL'd the ARS a long time ago, meaning to give it a whirl... but I've been caught up in a lot of stuff.  I'll actually try it out sometime this week and give you feedback.

I *love* the idea of giving the players something to look at other than a meditating mage <and uselessly flapping familiar, damnit!>.

Hah, took it fer a spin :-)

I like it. You might think of something besides blackness when staying in an inn and I'd like to see the PC use a bed (whole other subject, I know) when at home.  

I'd also like to see something like the camera swoop and zoom that someone... _six? <yep. _six> did on their worldmap. Especially when you camp in the sewers/wilderness/crypt, it would be nice if the camera moved around to show the face of the PC and zoomed in some to show the reduced awareness of resting.

Other than that, my only other suggestion would be for changing the "camping gear" to a tag, there-by allowing for set ups ranging from basic pauper adventurer lean-tos and stone ringed campfire to super-fancy schmancy tents and campstoves for the rich folks...
I.e., the script would look to see if the PC owns an item with the tag camping_gear that holds a local variable for the type of shelter/fire to set up.

Hmmm... better equipment might give more cover/warning of surprise encounters, too.

               I like your thinking Rolo. I'll work on the variable campsite bit first I think. I'll probably make some special placables for the camps. Perhaps varied according to the terrain the player is resting in as well as camping gear carried.

Borden, old buddy, old pal. I have that beta you sent me just sitting here begging to be finished and released and this nice cozy campsite set up for it on the new Vault...

Any chance we might reach camp sometime soon? Perhaps with that great hammock upgrade? :-)

               I forgot I'd sent you a beta. any way you could get it to me? I kinda lost the most up to date version and was dreading stating from scratch again...
