looking for a gaming group

               Looking to form on online NWN gaming group of 5 or 6 very reliable players like myself.  Weekly would be nice, eastern US evenings.  Want to play on a large, well established server.  I have 2 in mind already, one Greyhawk and one Forgotten Realms, both are hak-free.  Open for discussion.  Would prefer RP style of play rather than action oriented (no Call of Duty with swords please LOL).  Hard to get groups together on server forums so i figured I would try this.  Only thing I ask is that players be reliable to show up.  No actual skill needed, fun only.

               If you are interested, I run this kind of play on Arnheim. Our next event is August 11th. Typically we have at least 3 players for an event, and while we do not want to turn people away 6 players at a time is the soft maximum so that we can ensure each player is able to get DM attention.

All events have one or more DMs. And I have run sessions for players separate from the regular events. I'm working on another of our DMs to do this sort of thing as well, as well as run their own events.

               Hey there,
If you're still looking for a group server check out Kingdom of James. We meet everyday and the groups range from 4 to 5 people on at a time, mostly close friends and a few randoms from time to time. The game is geared toward having a good time while doing a bit of actual rp and quite a bit of killing. The world is expansive and the PCs are friendly and helpful. We run events usually daily so feel free to check out PW Story and the server name Kingdom of James 2012.

               I would prefer that you play with us, but... have you tried Border Kingdoms?

Its very active right now, and might suit your style of play. The areas on the server are HUGE. Activity is largely PVP, but there is some adventure to be found as well.

               Arnheim, sorry but just way too many custom files for me to deal with.  Maybe just laziness on my part but I'm just not interested in having to create backup folders for my NWN installed files and swap things in and out every time I play there or somewhere else.  Maybe I misunderstood the process and if so I apologize.

Kingdom of James, I tried to log on but says I am missing a TLK file.  Can't find a mention of it in your other posts here or your facebook page.

               No problem. I know its not for everyone. But the fun I get out of customized character creation was too much to pass up so I decided to do it anyway.

Good luck to you. Lots of great fun to be had out there. Borderkingdoms for example has a good sized player base, and is fun if you are into the PVP sandbox that it offers etc....

is the web site, links to wiki and forums are found there. It requires only CEP2.1 or better and the full install of NWN with both expansions. It is a very PNP style server hosted at 66.232.100.90, features a rich assortment of tools to enhance Role Play (ask about the Immersion Tool aka IT).

Hope to see you online. BTW if you visit, you should start with a NON-cleric for your first PC and run that PC through the tutorial Area (aka Noob U.) as it helps a PLAYER new to the server understand the many features available to the PC (many keyed to race, class, level, skills, etc.).
