I came across a server called Divine Wars, and I instantly fell in love with it. It offered a unique experience to the community that I have yet to see again in any other server. Except for perhaps Isandor. Anyways, it was modeled after a Civilization type game. Very much stragety oriented, the player could build pretty much anything her or she wanted, provided the necessary materials were gathered. In essence, the player could litterally build and rule a kingdom. All he had to do was find an architect that would build it for him. This was usually a NPC handled by the DM. Unfortunately, the server is usually a very chaotic place.
Now what I would like to know, is if there is a server that offers something like this. I just can't enough of the theme, and I would hate for it to go unanswered. I'm even playing with the idea of making my own persistent world and modeling it after this.
