Naboo royal court dresses?  The feathered ones would be especially hard to do if you wanted each feather to be represented faithfully, as you'd need at least a rectangle of flex-mesh for each one.

Lurking around I figured I'd point out, if you wanted most of the feathers to not look really weird, you'd need two rectangles for each or at least most, else it'll be affected by backface culling. So, double it up. I don't even want to think about how much work it would be, to put such an outfit into NWN.  ':unsure:' NWN can be really fussy regarding transparent bits, and complicated geometry, especially if that geometry is affected by 'wind'.
