Latest CEP version?
« on: August 05, 2015, 09:18:34 pm »

Which is the latest one?

Seems I need it to try some modules.

I appear to have several versions and files saved in my NWN storage but I forget why.

2.61. Although 2.60 seems to be the version most everybody that runs a PW (nods to Proleric) is comfortable with.

               To play modules, you need

http://neverwintervault.org/cep

http://neverwinterva...p-v1x-installer

The first should work with all CEP 2 modules, the second is only needed for older CEP 1 modules.

There's no conflict if you install both.

For your purposes, i'm not aware of any reason to avoid 2.61.

If I'm not mistaken, Pstemarie's comment refers to PW owners. Server admin is more complicated than single player installation, leading to understandably cautious release management.

Is there any conflict with other installers?

I also have Pirates of the Sword Coast, Infinite Dungeons and Darkness over Daggerford.

I have no idea what changes these installers make.

No conflict with those. The installers just install the premium mod and any haks or tlk associated with it.
