Glowing eyes on ghouls -- a plea for help

               I'm looking for a nice set of evil red glowing eyes on a ghoul -- probably an easy task for some of you, but a bit weighty for me I'm afraid.  Of course, when I tried to apply a red glow eye visual effect, they never line up with the ghouls lovely -- or not so lovely -- undead eyes.  Can someone breathe some fiery light into the eyes of a ghoul?  I would be soooo greatful.  Please?  Pretty please?
