               Salutations all,

I was wondering if I could make a cheeky request to the fantastic content-creators around here. I've been ripping my hair out trying to find a suitable tileset to use as the interior of a "steampunk spacecraft." I am thinking of something very, very simple. A small interior tileset with Project Q/City Interior 2 dark-wood walls/floors and metal "bars" wrapping round the walls to provide structural support. (Think the inside of a barrel.) It could easily double as a "Submarine Interior" or the like.

I would use the ship tiles in Project Q's City Interior 2 but you can only construct "one long room" with those, and I'd like the layout to have more twists-and-turns. Think a DLA sewers reskin! Project Q placeables like the Sextant are just crying out for a little tileset like this, I think!

So I beseech and plead to anyone with some tileset skills! I'm sure a tileset like this could prove very functional and see really inspired used by many builders, not least myself.

Yours,

Von Stalhein

EDIT: So I finished my amateur's attempt at reskinning the "Wooden Elven Interiors" tileset to act as a stop-gap. It looks like this:

'Posted

I borrowed textures from Project Q and the XP3 assets - but my attempt is horrendously amateurish. I am sure that one of the fantastic CC makers around here could give this concept a much better outing without too much effort on their part!

               Did you try this:

It's not perfect, but perhaps it could be updated. I second your request, as we need some steampunk / retro scifi ship interior tileset useable with the SpellJammer project (see september 2013 CCC challenge).
