               It looks real good, it also looks like it is doing the Macarena. Maybe its just because that happened to be on while I watched it...

Thri did the rigging. I'm just picking up where he left off. The entire visible creature is a group of skins that are attached to a frame of polygons roughly the same size and shape as the individual creature parts.

               Once the animations are complete you might want to find a new skin and create the otyughs larger cousin the neoytugh. '<img'>

               A neotyugh would be pretty simple - just a rescale and a tinted texture.
