NWN load hangup in winter tilesets (W7).

               As per the thread title, when my character enters some winter tilesets, the load screen gets 3/4th of the way finished then refuses to continue loading. On the winter tilesets I am able to load, a lot of the textuers are missing and I seem to be floating in the sky or walking on plain white (not snowy) earth. I've tried reinstalling NWN, reinstalling CEP 2.3, deleting overrides, etc., to no avail. This has happened on multiple persistent worlds.

System specs:
Windows 7 (don't have this problem on old PC)
AMD Phenom 5000 quad-core processor
4GB DDR2 RAM
integrated HD4200 graphics

I've tried Googling everything that comes to mind when describing the problem, and nothing related has come up. Any help would be much appreciated!

               Have you tried loading the same areas with Shiny Water and Environmental Mapping disabled? It's worth checking before going through any major changes.
