Question about Rogue/Assassin

A simple question, does death attack stack on sneak attack? For instance if you got 1d6 death attack and 3d6 sneak, is it 4d6?.

Yes.

 

Just remember that the Paralyze portion of Death Attack will only function if the target is not in combat, but the damage part always will.
