What can you get from NWN that you can’t get from any other game?

               Well I will tell you… It’s the potential for players/community members to contribute towards it’s evolution leading to unlimited potential 

This unlimited potential exists within all NWN 1 PWs. 
 
I have seen RP servers that blew my mind in terms of the creative RP potential they allow. I have seen action servers that are off the charts in terms of what they allow game play wise. PvP servers that are truly unique. Story based servers that provide an immersive environment not provided by game developers, but by us, the players, with enchanting, and enthralling story lines tapped into the purest form of creativity. That which is not governed by profit. In other words, that which is driven by the players.
 
Only NWN 1 allows this full potential as far as I have seen. Over 10 years after it’s birth it is still unprecedented. Specifically in the on line multiplayer environment (no doubt some games like oblivion, and Fo3 allow this potential in the single player dynamic, but nothing has come close for multiplayer.)
 
I just wanted to give props to a game I feel warrants recognition as something truly special.
 
And I am curious… what makes this game special to any of you all?

               Seconded.  Two things attracted me to the game.  First was the ability to create my own game using the nwn "engine".  Second was the fantastic sense of community and the friendly people I met online.

There won't be another game like it, I fear.
