If he truly wanted her wouldn't it make more sense for him to take her AFTER burning her house down and killing her brother?
A better idea though:
The young woman is caring for her brother who is actually a child. The noble guy kills the child in front of the woman and then forcefully takes her back to his estate and makes the whole attack seem like a bandit attack.
Somehow the young woman escapes and then proceeds to expose the noble guy. Perhaps allow the player two choices:
1) The woman can undertake an aggressive campaign where she tries to kill the noble.
2) The woman can undertake a more passive campaign where she tries to prove the noble was responsible for the attack. This route leads down investigating and dialogue choices.
Include multiple endings where the woman can either succeed in her task or fail. One good ending could be where she does kill the noble but since she never exposed him as a murderer, she herself is executed as one.
You really don't have to include rape to make it an adult module or you could at least allow the woman a way to escape. For example, as the noble is taking the woman back to his estate via some cart or whatever, you can use statistics or skills to get away free otherwise she does end up raped but still escapes through some other means afterwards.
I think you should concentrate on choices with consequences. The module could easily have a dark setting too where the woman could sell her body to earn gold or even murder innocents just to achieve her quests but there should be consequences for each action.
