I wouldn't mind a 'Neverwinter Nights HD'. Basically keeping the same engine to make sure all the modules work but they give the graphics a facelift to look better. The biggest issue I have with getting friends to try the game is the graphics (FPS players will be FPS players) and pointing them to a more shiny version would help immensely.
The game is fine as-is for someone who only does singleplayer modules so I can't speak on the multiplayer stuff.
