Did they indicate if they would be (eventually) porting over the old cd-keys into the new system ?

Haven't said anything so most likely not.

Again have not said anything. So most likely the answer is "Bioware will never do anything to port over the information from the old forums."

Someone interested in doing it could try contacting them to see if they can get a copy of the data so they can move it over themselves, that way bioware doesn't have to invest any manpower into it.

Just a thought. they may be willing to hand you the forum threads if you ask. Then you can move them over here, or post them on http://www.neverwinternights.info (which is new and under construction.)

I haven't tried any of the DLs from gamershell.com but this is supposed to be the SoU 1.69 patch.  Whether it's the critical rebuild or not I couldn't venture a guess.

Is there some reason you are specifically looking to find a beta version???

Once I have the upload download part of Harvest Moon consortium availible I'll try to find the 1.69 crit rebuild and make it availible for download. I think I may have it on one of my computers without looking for it on the web.

Ahhh... tx, Lord S!

IIRC this was posted already somewhere, probably in this thread, but it takes too long to keep poking around in a 7 page topic to find it again.

Since all players, new and vet alike, will be needing the basic rebuild patches,  wouldn't this list be a natural sticky for the General forum?  It seems to be important enough to warrant a separate thread specifically dedicated to all the patch iink nformation that I am guessing has been buried in some of the most recent topics.

What do y'all think?  Maybe it's time for BSN to begin to emulate the legacy site information since it is becoming clear that the entire knowledge base is gone for good.   What few new NWNers pop up should have the avenues paved as smoothly as possible rather than needing to invest in a speed reading course just to find the essentials, no?
