PvP build for low magic server

               Hello guys!
Looks like we have new forum here. I hope all builders moved along.

I`ve asked you advice many times, but I always leveled PvM characters.
Now I hope to find some decent PvP build with your advice.
It has to be drow. classical Chaotic Evil Drow

Setup:
Max +5 weapons (it`s possible to get +6 and +7 weapons from a trasure chest, but it`s something like 0,001% chance, so nobody got one). There are weapons with Keen, Massive Criticals or Elemental Damage, but nothing over the top.
No permahaste, TS, Freedom, KD-immunity and other uber-items. No +10 items, but I think it`s possible to get +12 to strenght from multiple items.

Spellcasters can rest 1 time in 10 minutes.
Time Stop has decreased range and duration. IGMS - number of missiles depends on arcane`s level.
But arcanes still will own anyone in duel :sigh:
True Seeing gives +25 to Spot and See Invisibility.

HiPS is on level 8 or 10 of SD.

Leveling is pretty easy until ~25lvl, more difficult after.

So we need to think about PvP character that can be successful in this world.
As I mentioned above we need to make Drow. We can make Elf and customize it to look like a drow or we can choose Drow Sub-Race:

Drow
Favored class - Cleric (Female), Wizard (Male)
Abilities: +2 Intelligence, +2 Charisma;
Spell Resistance = 8 + Character Level;
Feat: Darkvision;
Saving Throw Bonus: +2 Will Saves versus Spells and Spell-like Abilities;
Spell-like Ability: Darkness;
Light Sensitivity;
Level Adjustment: +2
Alignment: Evil only

The problem with Sub-Race is Light Sensitivity. I don`t really know if it is playable, because it has some nasty problems when it`s day.

The one build that can be very successful in this world is Cleric\\Monk\\Druid. But it`s ulmost impossble to level solo and it`s tough to justify it as a drow.
Support archer with high Sneak attack damage is good, but also barely playable solo.

Just to clarify, are you looking for PvP or PvM? The title says PvP...

Also, are there no ability penalties to drow?

I am not a build expert here, but it seems like you could build a pretty powerful female drow cleric, and the preferred class there might help with the XP penalties you might otherwise face due to subrace and multiclassing. I would think monk or rogue secondary class would help solo play. And, with no CON penalty, you can start out with decent HPs and the INT and CHA ability bonuses mean you can still have decent skill points and undead (and possible other domain-based race) turning.

               I believe that +2 int and cha is in addition to the normal elven modifiers, at least if it's following PnP.
 Personally, I'm still trying to get over the OP saying "low magic" and "+6 and +7 weapons from a trasure chest" in the same post.

 On topic though, Dev crit AAs are good against mages in PvP, assuming you can justify the Bard/RDD/AA combination to get it by level 24.
 Monk/Clerics are also popular as archers, since vanilla Divine Might does unsoakable damage, to go with all the other cleric damage adders they have.

Probability is very low and you need to overcome army of monsters and some bosses to get to these chests.

               You must be evil and you get +2 Chr. I would really think of having Blackguard in there..

RDD allowed?  Bard/BG/RDD.... High strength and Charisma, Chr gets used for spells/divine might/dark blessing...

Seems like you could have some decent buffing spells, very decent saves and kick butt melee....
