Epic Spell question
« on: January 15, 2011, 02:43:01 pm »

I'm trying to create a 20 Cleric/20 Sorceror, but I can't choose Epic spells. Is there any way to change the 2DA files (or something) so I can? I don't want to waste cleric levels gaining epic Sorc levels to grab said spells.

It's because you have no epic classes to qualify, regardless of the skill prereq.

You can try changing the value under ReqSkillMinRanks in the feat.2da if you are having trouble meeting the Spellcraft prereq.

Turning epic spells into standard spells is a far more complicated undertaking than changing 2da values.

edit: I stand corrected.  Kudos to ShaDoOoW for spelling it out so even a novice can do it.'<img'>

               cls_feat_sorc.2da

line 88-93 collumn GrantedOnLevel, change 21 to 18

You could also add said epic spell to cls_feat_cleric.2da and change the GrantedOnLevel, but Shad's is the simplest fix/cheat.
