paladin spells

               My paladin does not receive 3rd and 4th level cleric spells at the appropriate levels. game is patched with 1.69. I reinstalled and it made no difference. any thouhts? a bug perhaps?

               Sounds like this may be a case where you haven't assigned at least 14 ability points to Wisdom. From your description I am guessing your Wisdom is 12.  (Modifications to raise Wisdom with enchantments/buffs do not count, only the base points allocated at creation and/or level-up.)

For level 3 paladin spells, your PC needs at least 13 Wis and paladin level 12 (with high Wis, one level earlier).
For level 4 paladin spells, your PC needs at least 14 Wis and paladin level 15 (with high Wis, one level earlier).

If you've followed these rules and your PC still cannot cast those spells, perhaps there is a custom 2da in your override that is setting artificial requirements.  Dunno.

               that works. my PC only had 12 Wis...
