spell sometimes missing from radial menu ?

               I hate this kind of intermittent problem, but here it is. There is a spell that sometimes fails to show up in my wizard's radial menu for spells. I don't know in what circumstances it happens, but it certainly doesn't always happen. It may well only happen with the empowered version of the spell (that's the only time I've noticed it). But, most of the time, I have the spell memorized both normally and empowered and they both show up as one would expect. I have some images from screen captures below to clarify what's going on.

In this case, it's a custom spell, but I don't think that is the issue because this has happened with other, standard, NWN spells. In the images below, the spell is Sun Shards, 7th level and the un-empowered version shows up fine. But, the empowered version (taking up 9th level slots) is sometimes missing, even though it clearly displays as chosen and memorized in my spell book. FWIW, the character is of the right casting level, she has not been level-drained or had her ability scores lowered. And, the spell just isn't there on the radial menu; it hasn't just been grayed out.

For illustration, I have screen shots showing what is going on. These two images show 1) the spell book (showing 7th, 8th, and 9th level spells memorized) and the first 7th-8th-9th level radial menu and 2) the second (extended) 7th-8th-9th level radial menu.



Notice that, although Sun Shards shows up as memorized at both 7th level (normal) and 9th level (empowered) versions in the spellbook, only the 7th level is in the radial menu.

And, to illustrate that this is not always a problem, here is the same character where the radial menu is showing all the spells in her spellbook. As far as I can tell, the only difference is in spell selection (what she has memorized), because the same spells are in her book as before.



Here, both 7th level and 9th level versions are in the spellbook and in the radial menu, as it should be.

I tried saving and reloading, but the problem remained. Ditto for restarting the game with the saved version. I can change the selected spells and the radial menu will work again, but I don't want to have to choose spells based on guessing what will show up in the radial menu! LOL. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a fix?

               sometimes, if some conditions are met (i think its too many various spells), the empower/other metamagic spells appears not under all spells radial but under that metamagic radial

               Thank you. It looks like that is what is happening, although I have fewer different spells memorized in the case that causes problems. But, at least the spell missing from the wizard spells radial menu are in the metamagic radial menu.



Is there any way to fix this? During combat, I would really like to rely on the spell menu to tell me which spells I have memorized and not have to check in several places to see if it's somewhere other than the usual place.
