Cookies are bad for your teeth, if you don't think so, (*raises fist at the hacker site domination*), the OP teeth were probably grinding after the 4th attempt...
Cookies are mostly a fancy way to track data on a web page, however, it's also a grand way for bad software or malicious code to walk right in the freaking back door of your computer and lay waste to it! And you wonder how all those Advertising Spammers are bombarding your email account that you just created... >.>
I use Spybot Search & Destroy to encrypt my cookies (thereby denying access to EVERYONE), which in turn will causes problems, eg, on this web site as well, this is why you should always disable the "Remember Me" on EVERY site you visit..
(They need to pass a law that dissallows automatically selecting an option for ANY webiste.) "if you missed that hidden check box that popped up for like 0.2 seconds that says "Send me information" or "I agree to be bent over...", you're pretty much got... Dishonest?? HELL YES!
Despite computer users growing phobia (righteously placed too!) of malicious companies / code, we need to learn to disabled these problems... Uncheck boxes that are check automatically & READ THE LINES BEFORE YOU SELECT OK OR NEXT!
This includes web site sign up, and of course the nefarious log in..
(NO, I'm not saying Bioware is dishonest here, I'm just saying Uncheck the box that reads "Remember Me")
