English voice/sound files

               Hey there, i got an uncommon question.

Is there any way to switch the sound to english from a german installation? I have changed all the displayed text and ran the english critical rebuild, however, the german voices audio and such still remain.

I would have to download the files somewhere i guess. Not sure this is legal to distribute. The german audio files all have a 'ger' somewhere in their name, so i suppose some additional tinkering is required to get english files to work.

Is it maybe possible to extract the files from a gog installer, without having to reinstall the whole game? I might be willing to rebuy the game on gog if this is the only legal option, but i'm definitely too lazy to reinstall everything '>

Any help is appreciated.

Quick follow up question: GOG version already installs 1.69 propperly, or do i need to run the critical patch? I can add my old keys in the respective ini file after installation, right?

As far as I know, you still need to run the critical rebuild patch. And yes, you can add your keys after installation.
