Aurora Toolset Hotkeys

Is there any way to change the toolset hotkey to move the screen around, originally control, to shift?

Never heard or read about any way to access the defaults, but if there is, you'd be better off posting the question in the Toolset subforum as this is typically used for solving problems getting the game installed and running properly.
