This is my first post, but I aleready came here offen to find solutions to my various games, and I have registered in the Social Network in a long time.
I Have both Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2, with all expansions, and Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition, with all DLC. like I said, I came here offen to find answers for my games.
But my problem, is that I'm solo the NWN 1 OC with a Paladin. I like Paladins very much, is my favorite char, in both P'n P RPG and in the Video Games.
I don't like the rules of the NWN 1, being 3.0, so that a Paladin have only 1 Smite Evil.
Then I searched in the NWVault, and find some haks, that repair this.
The one I liked much is the "3.5 Edition Haks" updated by Even, tough the haks has been reuploaded and redesigned by Boyle.
There some other haks in the file, that improve AI of the mobs, and make them tougher.

I've seen some other posts regarding the solo playtrough, and I have tried for a bit with a Paladin/Champion of Torm, a Fighter/Weapon Master Dual-Wielding rapier, a Elf Wizard/Arcane Archer, and a Wizard/Pale Master.
To survive, I simple pause the game, sets the dificulty to Easy, unpause, drink as many potions I like to heal my HP, then pause the game, set the dificulty to D&D Hardcore again, and keep fighting. Thus, the potions heal maximum hp. At least with the Paladin and the fighter this works. I have not tried with my wizards. being done only the Prelude. I conclude that at least the familiar I should use.
Until today, I have no knowledge of the XP bug of the Prelude, that enables a lvl 4 char in the Chapter 1.
But something weird happens as I came to the Peninsula.
The mob called Gang Leader, the bald tougher guys in red and black, (the mob with the Prison Key in the Sewers), give me no xp when I kill him. The other one up, beside the big chest also gives me no xp.
The other ones inside the Prison gives me xp tough. A lot.
I'm asking if this is normal, or I changed something because of the haks?
I have tried opening the Chapter 1 in the Toolset, and see the Properties of the Gang Leader in question, but I can't find the XP it gives in the tabs, only its CR. It has a CR of 6, I tried lower its CR to 5, or 4 with no result.
I also tried removing some haks, including the tougher monsters and the AI, also with no results.
Googling it gives me not much results, only the XP bug in the Prelude.
I'm thinking of reinstalling my NWN and palying without haks to see if this happens too.
