Non Resting Cures/Heals not working

[Legacy_Lingering]

               I have brought back and old Mod/PW that I used to run and all seems good but no form of curing/healing works to get life back but resting and stabilisation scripts are fine, any ideas what maybe wrong?

It is running on 1.69 with CEP v1 (

               ah think i have sussed the issue, replacement healing script for vampires looks like its doing it, why is nothing ever just run and go '>

               Hmm think that wasnt it, so why would resting and healing kits work but not spells to regain health? when a player casts a spell what scripts are run? so i can start tracking issues.
