Neverwinter Nights: The Collection ERROR CODE 2711!! HELP PLS!!

               Hello,
i have a serious problem.
I live in Germany and i've bought the german Version of "Neverwinter Nights: The Collection".
I've put the DVD into my drive and wanted to install ist. 
I've only wanted to install Neverwinter Nights 1 and its Expansions, so I took out the cross in the other field.
Then I selected another install path. After all I wanted to press "Next".
But then I got an error message with the error code 2711.

Now to my questions:
1. What is the problem?
2. How I can fix it?

In case you need this information: I have Windows 7 Professional!

               Have the exact same problem. (I am from Switzerland)
Though it does install, if you choose both neverwinter nights 1 and 2
so just install the whole thing and then deinstall the neverwinter nights 2
it's tedious, yes, but it's the only thing I could come with...
