nwn crashes upon load..

               hi everyone.

reinstalled nwn after several years.  im using windows 7 pro 64 bit.  using nwn diamond with all xpacs, etc.

when i load nwn from the launcher, it changes my desktop colour scheme to windows 7 basic.

then when i click play, the games splash screen loads, but then an error message pops up, taking me back to desktop.

realling hoping to get this working '>

               Did you read/follow Shia's Win7 guide (above sticky)?  It includes a few problem diagnostics that a few of the members have experienced. 

Furnish full specs as per GA's recommendation so folks aren't forced to try to help you blind, please.  It could be a driver or DirectX issue or "other".  Who knows at this point?
