NwN 1 compatibility issues

               I just bought NwN but  it won't boot up. I have windows 7 and I have tried all of the older windows settings (XP sp 1-2, 98, ME, 2000) but it still refuses to do anything. Can anyone help me?

               Are you running it as admin.  

If that does not work   run it  directly from nwmain.exe instead of the standard nwn.exe
