Critical Rebuild NSIS Error

               I'm not sure what's causing it, but every time I've attempted to install the 1.69 Critical Rebuild to update my current 1.59 HotU retail version, I get an error stating as follows:

"The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download, or a virus."

I wasn't getting this error the last time I used to patching utility, and I've redownloaded the patch, and reinstalled the game already, with the same results.  My CDs are in good condition, and my current hard drive that I've installed NWN on is brand new.  I'm also running Windows XP Home Edition.

               Are you using the right version of the critical rebuild?

Everything looks fine otherwise, I don't think it matter what version you have when you use the critical rebuild.  Not sure what other light I can shed.

               Just making sure you had the right base version to match.  You have the diamond disc or the old original disc and the two seperate expansions?

               The old original discs (Install 1/2/Play Disc for OC, SoU, HotU).

               Seems really odd, I run the exact same setup, and I had no issues using that version of the critical rebuild.

Only thing I can suggest is to download it again, saving it in a new location.

               Either a bad md5 checksum or it wasn't overwriting the corrupt file in the old location would be my guess.  Either way I'm glad it worked.  Happy gaming.
