               It isn't the right forum, but here's some options (assuming you're talking SP not MP);

a) Revert to an earlier save game.
'B)' Download Leto (from NWVault) and use that to edit your character .bic file.  Make sure you backup your original.
c) Just leave it the way it is... the OCs are easy enough even without optimal PCs.

               Leto doesn't work on normal save games, IIRC from when I tried it. You can edit the char file in the directory but nothing will have changed when you load that save file. Just respin your character a bit.

DebugMode = 1

dm_giveXP -5000  (Note the negative sign, some amount to lose enough levels to fix)

dm_giveXP 5000

DebugMode = 0

Now you can re-level and fix.

               I have done this very many times. It always rolls back everything for me. The only issue I know of when doing this is for Red Dragon prestige class, that gets messed up on ability bonuses. Perhaps you have something in your over-ride that is messing it up.

Perhaps you didn't go back far enough to achieve the changes you wanted. You can undo anything back to level 2.  Level 1 can't be rolled back.

               You must have something strange installed in your over-ride.
