CD key wont work...

               i really dont know wuts wrong but ive ive installed my really old
version of nwn then when i go to play it and it asks for my key i type
it in and it says invalid key but its the same key that i used to
install it. (ive double checked nwncdkey readme)

version:1.22( also tried with patch)
languge: english
originale cd
operaing system: xp

               no i just get stuck right after the commercials but before the main menu. but not while playing multiplayer. its like this weird black screen that has this black box with a brown rim... it looks kinda out of place...

               Well since you already tried typing the cd key you'll first have to uninstall Neverwinter Nights and then install again then go to bioware.com and download patch 1.69 for your game. If you only have Neverwinter Nights download only that patch without expansions. After that install and then play Neverwinter Nights and the box shouldn't be their.
