Toolset troubles
« on: July 23, 2010, 12:08:22 am »

I'm having a world of trouble getting my toolset to work properly. I'm stuck, and could use some help.
I've been using my Notebook computer lately which was fine so long as I was only interested in playing NwN again. However, once I got into the toolset I started having problems. At first it was just some texture issues, which I can live with. But then, sometimes (not everytime, but often and inevitably) I edit the properties of an object (npc, script, area, item etc) the toolset will crash with the following error message.

Access violation at address 0628DECD in module 'ig4dev32.dll'. Write of address 03B00000.

If I close the error message the message continues to popup with the address going in a long sequence...I copied the first few.03B0000403B0000803B0000C03B0001003B0001403B0001803B0001C

What tech support I could find said to check for a video card driver. Which I did, and am told I have the most recent version. I also went into task manager and played with the properties of nwntoolset as a process, but didn't find anything useful.
Here are my system specs.
