172.8.229.51 (AT&T) is not in any of the lists, and when an IP is banned, it will tell you when the site loads. Most IPs that get banned are from China, Russia and the Ukraine, as they produce most of the attempts at account creation.


If you do a traceroute to neverwintervault.org, that can at least see if the attempt to connect is getting stopped before ever getting to the site.

 

You created an account 5 days ago as well from what the logs show.

I'll try a traceroute and see what it says.

When I connect via a VPN, the website works fine.

When I try to connect direct, with my normal IP, I get an error message saying that neverwintervault.org isn't responding. It times out.

 

For now, I guess I'll just keep using a VPN to connect. Odd problem...
