Siege of the Heavens - FE Types Recommended? *potential spoilers*

I've just started this module with a strength-based Bard (16) / Barb (16) / CoT (10), and I'm having a blast!  Think I'm getting the hang of it, and would like to try out a Ranger / Rogue and Monk Dex build next.  Can anyone suggest the best Favoured Enemies to take?

 

I've taken a couple of feats with my current build that are pretty useless, but I have enough damage output that I'm ok. Not sure that I'll cope if I miss the FEs with a dex build..

Every enemy is racial type Outsider, just to make it simple for Rangers (which is the racial type that includes every planar being from celestial to devil to demon to sladd and so on).

And the characters are just pretty basic builds for people not used to making level 40 characters.  They're all easily able to beat the module but nowhere near the strongest builds.
