Locked House in the Docks area.

               Need help please. Chapter 1
There is a locked house in the northeast corner of the docks area. Tried everything I can think of.
Daelan can't bash it open
Tomi can't pick the lock
Boddyknock can't do anything.
Is it possible to open this door?
As few spoilers as possible please.
