CEP23_V1.tlk ? And Tales of the Silver Marches.

               Do you play "Tals of the Silver Marches"? I tried to join. But it said that I needed. CEP23_V1.tlk Where can I get this file.

The TLK File you are missing might already be in one of your folders, just the wrong one. Look in your Hak Folder and move any files with the "tlk" suffix into your TLK Folder.

"TSM" also uses several other Custom Haks. Make sure you have them as well.

               You can also make a copy of cep22_v1.tlk and rename it to cep23_v1.tlk if you need to.  IIRC, they're exactly the same file.  The "missing cep23_v1.tlk" problem has bitten a lot of people and I think it's provided in the latest CEP 2.4a from a few years ago.
