               Greetings Everyone!

"The Dragon's Neck"; is searching for capable individuals willing to dedicate their time to an extensive project.  Read below for a list of features/background/expecations:

---Server Information---
Server Type: Heavy RP/P.E.W (Persistently Evolving World)
Leveling Pace: Slow, 1-20
Magic Level: Low
Setting: Forgotten Realms
Hak Paks: CEP, also includes several compilation .haks.

Mission: The Dragon's Neck expects to ignite an emotional attachment with our playerbase.  Utilizing an artisticly built World, players will come to thrive in a portion of the Realms that is not often featured in campaigns. 

We consider ourselves a "P.E.W" on the basis that any player should one day have a effect on the World.  Given that the desires fit in with the setting, there are no other barriers to the possibilities in this world.

Foreword: 
All positions also include the ability to DM and/or play.  These areas are purely intended to set direction for the intended "focus" of that particular individual.  More than anything, the following is expected:

* A vivid understanding and respect of the team's vision.
* An ability to communicate your cognition appropriately, we have a vision and yet we understand the spectacular ideas that we may have not yet considered.
* Honesty and the ability to have a conversation.
* Skype, or some other form of Voice Chat.  (highly preferred, although working through text is feasible on the short term.)
* An understanding that the work does not end when we end the Beta phase. 

1) Scripter (One position available) - A full knowledge and familiarity with NWSCRIPT along with an ease in .2das and .tlk files.
3) Dungeon Masters (Four positions available) - Familiarity with the DM Client and the DMFI tools.  Creativity and a passion for telling a story are two of the most necessary attributes when playing as a DM on this server.  Must be capable of drawing out a story with several different endings prior to launching a full-length campaign; these must be communicated efficiently.

               Main post updated.  Foundational "Behind the Scenes" functions are near-finished, and we are at the "Build, Build, Build-mode".  We're looking for DMs to begin drawing together potential campaigns so we can hit the ground running at Beta, and at full launch.
